Losing Weight Without Counting Calories: How to Do It!

You want to lose weight without constantly counting your calories. It is a big challenge, but not impossible.

Have you never counted your calories? Then I recommend doing it for a limited period. This way you learn the real value of calories and will more easily make the right choices. It is also not as much work as you might think. 

To lose weight you need to create a negative energy balance. You therefore need to burn more calories than you take in. This can be done by eating less, moving more, or — the ideal — a combination of both.

Eat smarter

We have created a separate article full of tips for eating fewer calories without feeling hungry. All these tips create a feeling of fullness so you unconsciously eat less.

Move more

Exercise at least 3 times a week. This can be strength training or cardio training. Choose what you enjoy most. You can also read our tips for unconsciously moving more.

Try Intermittent fasting

With intermittent fasting you limit your eating window (the time in which you eat) to 8 hours or less. This way you will (unconsciously) eat less.
