Hyrox
Based on 2025–2026 season data. See what realistic splits are for you based on your finish time.
What is an average Hyrox time? Based on thousands of finishers this season, the average Hyrox finish time is around 1:31 for men and 1:40 for women in the Open category. In the heavier Pro division, men finish in around 1:24 and women in 1:31. A Hyrox is 8 × 1 km of running alternated with 8 strength stations, so your total time depends on both your running pace and your station times.
What counts as a good Hyrox time depends on your category, gender and age. For most recreational athletes, finishing under two hours is a solid first goal, while a time under 1:15 (men) or 1:25 (women) is considered strong. Below you can see the average time per station and look up exactly which splits match your target finish time or running pace — filtered by Open or Pro, men or women, and age group.
These are the average times per Hyrox station and the average running time, broken down by Open men, Open women, Pro men and Pro women. Use these average station times to see where you gain or lose time compared with the field.
